Signature format
The Blind Tasting.
Labels hidden, palates open. Six wines, four questions each, and the team that reads the glass best takes the night.
The evening
Two hours, poured blind.
The arrival pour
A welcome glass while teams of three or four form, and a sixty second lesson in how professionals taste: colour, nose, structure, finish.
Six blind flights
Around fifteen minutes per wine. Teams commit to grape, region, vintage and, the hardest question, the price. Seven points per wine; food on the table from the third.
Reveals and the toast
Every bottle is unmasked with its story: the place, the people, why it earned the table. Mats are tallied, the winners take the prize, and everyone leaves with the full list, honest prices included.
The wines
Top fine wines, guaranteed.
Every lineup carries genuine pedigree, premier cru Burgundy, classed growth Bordeaux, benchmark Rhône, alongside one deliberate trap: a bottle that outdrinks its price and proves the label should never decide for you. Provenance checked, every bottle tasted before guests arrive, one spare per flight.
Themed upgrades (€150-400). A vintage Champagne flight, a Super Tuscan vertical, or a sherry flight from Jerez.
The Collector table (about +€400). Two hero bottles join the lineup, with a First Growth or Château d'Yquem poured by Coravin for the finale.
Corporate editions. Team competition with prizes and a leaderboard, at the office or a partner venue, typically €1,800-2,500.
Guests
8-20. The €1,200 covers up to ten guests; €60 per additional guest.
